When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your order, it takes us 2 - 3 business days to craft your bracelet. After we're ready to ship, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at dominicyu@outlook.com and we'll help you track your order and update its status. Make sure we have the correct wrist size and shipping address to complete your order efficiently.
I placed an order recently, but I haven't received any news or the item.
Sometimes, if we notice that the wrist size and the preference for a looser or tighter fit are missing from the order you submitted, we'll get in touch with you. Check your emails (including the spam inbox).
The bracelet I want to order is out of stock. When will it be available?
Contact us. We'll immediately check if we have any small amount of stock left, and we can also help you find a better alternative bracelet.
I want to receive it as soon as possible because my birthday/anniversary/party is coming up in a few days!
If you've already placed an order, you can let us know by replying to the confirmation email. Most of the time, we can prioritize your order and create it within 1 business day or even within a few hours.

Can I customize the design?
Sometimes we can meet your customized design needs. For custom - designed bracelets, the price may vary. Contact us at dominicyu@outlook.com with your design ideas, and we'll let you know as soon as possible what we can do for you.
Where are you located?
Our bracelets are designed and made by a century - old jewelry family in Italy. We ship globally based on market, inventory, and logistics conditions.
Do you have physical stores?
Unfortunately, we don't have any physical stores, agents, or outlets. However, ordering our products online is very simple and safe! If you need any help, contact us at dominicyu@outlook.com.
Can I wear my bracelet while bathing, at the beach, or during exercise?
We strongly recommend not wearing the bracelet during certain activities as over time, they can damage the gemstones and metals. The durability of stones varies; some are harder and more durable, while others are softer and more easily damaged.

Wrist Size Measurement
I don't know my wrist size. What should I do?
Don't worry about the wrist size.
First, you can measure your wrist by visiting our page: Measure Your Wrist Size.

If you've placed an order but haven't submitted your wrist size, we'll contact you via email (check your spam folder) to help you.
I do know my wrist size, but I want it to be a bit looser on my wrist. Is that possible?
Yes, it is. Submit your wrist size and then add "loose fit" (putting it in the notes or sending us an email later is also an option). Remember, you need to submit your actual wrist size, not calculate any extra inches on your own.
Usually, doing so will result in a bracelet that's too big and disappointment. So, if your measured wrist size is 6 inches and you want a loose fit, submit "6 inches, loose fit".
This is a gift for someone else. How do I know the wrist size?
If you're not sure about the wearer's wrist size, don't worry. We offer free size adjustment for first - time customers within 30 business days after you receive the bracelet.
If you need help, or if the wearer has ordered from us before, you can always contact us at dominicyu@outlook.com and we can easily look up their wrist size.
Also, we offer the option of e - gift cards.
Why do we need your wrist circumference instead of just providing bracelet lengths for you to choose from?
We prioritize creating a bracelet that fits you perfectly, tailored to your wrist. Here's why we prefer wrist measurements over fixed lengths:
Fit for every wrist: Wrist size ensures that each bracelet is custom - made for your wrist, providing a comfortable and secure fit, unlike standard lengths which may be too loose or too tight.
Variation in bead size: Our bracelets are made with high - quality natural beads, and the size may vary slightly. For example, due to natural factors and production processes, a 6 - millimeter bead may actually be between 5.9 and 6.1 millimeters. This tiny variation can affect the total length of the bracelet.
Unique designs: Different bead sizes and designs affect the bracelet's length. A bracelet made with larger beads will have a different length compared to one made with smaller beads, even if they're wrapped around the wrist in the same way.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
It takes 2 - 3 business days to craft a customized bracelet, provided that you've supplied your wrist size and a valid address. Once it's ready, it will be prepared for priority shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the location:
- For the United States, it takes 5 - 10 business days.
- For Europe, it takes 6 - 8 business days, depending on the country.
- For Asia, it takes 3 - 8 business days, depending on the country. -
- For the Middle East, it takes 3 - 8 business days.

What if I accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address but the order is already on its way?
In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you can't do this, contact the courier service and us as soon as possible. Remember, the longer you wait, the harder it will be to modify the address. Please note that changing the shipping address to another address and/or country may not always be feasible. If it is possible, you may be charged an additional shipping fee.
Resizing / Exchange / Return
I need to resize my bracelet.
Sure, we understand that getting the right size on the first try can be a bit tricky, especially for customized bracelets. That's why we offer free resizing within 30 days of you receiving your item. Just send an email to dominicyu@outlook.com, and we'll provide you with a free shipping label and guide you through the simple steps to resize your bracelet or necklace.
I want to exchange my bracelet
Exchanging a bracelet is simple and free. You have 30 days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet for an exchange. The bracelet should show no signs of use, and the tag needs to remain attached. Once your package is delivered to our facility, we'll notify you of its arrival and process your exchange at no extra cost. I want to return my bracelet
Yes, returns are completely free. Although our bracelets are handcrafted items, we want to make sure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. For all VISAXUM products, we offer a "30 - day satisfaction guarantee" for all bracelets purchased on www.visaxum.com. You have 30 days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet. After 30 calendar days, returns will not be possible.
The bracelet must be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear, and the original tag must still be intact on the bracelet. We're proud to offer free returns with no restocking fees. Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund.
