Order Delivery

Generally, we provide free standard shipping for all orders.

If you provide your wrist size and a valid address, it will take 2 - 3 business days for us to make the customized bracelet, and then it will be ready for shipment. Depending on different destinations, we will choose to use FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS or SF Express. The delivery time ranges from 3 to 18 business days.

Please note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tariffs and Fees

Your order may be subject to value - added tax, import duties and/or taxes. Due to the complexity of international laws, we do not include these costs in the order. You are responsible for any local tariffs and duties related to the order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the contents of the package and cannot change this value.

If the order is rejected, you will be liable for the shipping costs as well as any additional tariffs, fees, customs charges or taxes incurred during the shipping process.
